4. Payments and Withdrawals

To play cash games, users must deposit funds into their EliteMelds wallet. All payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways. Users must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to initiate withdrawals.

Withdrawals are subject to minimum thresholds and may take 1–2 business hours post-verification. EliteMelds is not liable for delays caused by third-party banks or payment processors.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

EliteMelds may offer bonuses, referral rewards, or promotional cash to users. These are subject to specific terms including play-through requirements, time validity, and withdrawal eligibility. Abuse or misuse of promotional offers may lead to forfeiture of bonuses and account action.

6. Fair Play Policy

We maintain a strict fair play policy. Use of bots, collusion, multi-accounting, or any other fraudulent behavior is strictly prohibited. Any user found violating fair play norms will be banned immediately without refund.

Our Random Number Generator (RNG) used for card shuffling is certified for fairness and randomness. EliteMelds actively monitors gameplay to detect and prevent cheating.
